Promptogram (the "App") is a service that uses AI to transform a vertical video you upload — changing style, background and clothing, adding objects — while preserving your face, movements and voice. By using the App you enter into this Agreement with us. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App is available to persons aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, you may use the App only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts this Agreement on your behalf. If the law of your country sets a higher age for consenting to data processing on your own, that age applies.
4.1. You upload only video and images to which you hold all rights, and you use YOUR OWN likeness (face, voice) or the likeness of people who have given their explicit consent. You undertake to substantiate such consent at our request.
4.2. You may not upload or create material featuring other people without their consent, or any material involving minors in an inappropriate context.
4.3. In "Bring Photo to Life" mode and when uploading from your gallery, you confirm that you are entitled to use the photograph, painting or other image and that the people in it have consented.
4.4. You retain the rights to your original content. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely in order to provide the service, including transferring it to third-party AI providers for generation. We claim no rights in the generated result.
Using the App, you may not create, among other things:
Content laws differ from country to country. You are responsible for ensuring that creating, storing and publishing a clip is lawful where you are and where you publish it. The App applies an automatic filter and lets you report an unacceptable generation result, but it does not guarantee that every violation will be detected — you remain responsible for the content you create and publish.
You use the App at your own risk and bear full responsibility for your content and its publication. You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless against third-party claims, including claims by rights holders and by people whose likeness has been used, arising from your content or from your breach of this Agreement.
7.1. The service is provided "as is". Results are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, unexpected or contain artefacts; we do not guarantee any particular result.
7.2. Generation is performed by third-party AI providers. We are not liable for interruptions, delays or the quality of their work, for the availability of the App in particular countries or networks, or for actions of the App Store platform.
7.3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you on any basis is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or loss of data.
7.4. Nothing in this Agreement limits the rights granted to you as a consumer by mandatory provisions of the law of your country.
In order to generate video, your video and individual frames showing your face are transferred to third-party AI providers and processed in the cloud outside your country. Speech recognition is performed on your device where possible. Details, retention periods and your rights are set out in the Privacy Policy.
Every clip that is saved to the gallery or shared from the App carries a short, semi-transparent "Promptogram · AI" mark at the beginning of the clip, and the file's metadata records that the video was created with artificial intelligence. The "Promptogram" name in the mark can be removed with a paid feature; the "AI" mark and the metadata are not removable, as AI transparency laws require. When publishing a clip you must not remove the mark and must follow the platform's rules on labelling AI content.
10.1. Your first generation is free: a clip of up to 3 seconds. After that, access is provided by subscription (auto-renewing monthly, billed through your Apple ID) or as a one-off pack. One "clip" means one successful video generation of up to 10 seconds. A subscription grants a set number of clips per period; unused subscription clips do not carry over to the next period. A pack adds clips to your permanent balance. Terms and prices are shown in the App and in the App Store.
10.2. REFUNDS. A generated clip is consumable digital content that is created and delivered to you immediately; at that moment we incur non-refundable costs with a third-party AI provider. The price of a successfully created clip is therefore non-refundable. If generation fails for technical reasons, no clip is deducted. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its own rules.
10.3. FOR EU/EEA USERS. By starting a generation you expressly request that performance of the service begin immediately, before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the service — the created clip — has been fully performed.
10.4. You manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID settings. Auto-renewal must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
If you breach this Agreement, on a substantiated complaint, or where there are signs of abuse, we may restrict or terminate generation for your device without prior notice. Clips already created and saved on your device remain yours. Questions about unused paid clips are handled via ahoneyhunters@gmail.com and under Apple's refund rules.
If you believe that a clip created with the App infringes your rights (copyright, trade mark, likeness), write to ahoneyhunters@gmail.com: describe the material, where it is published and which rights are infringed, and confirm that you are the rights holder or their representative. We reply within 7 days. We do not store or publish users' clips, but we will restrict the infringer's access and forward your request to the AI provider for deletion of intermediate files. Repeat infringers are subject to clause 11.
This Agreement is governed by the law of Georgia. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Georgia at the operator's location (Batumi). If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom or another country whose law grants you protection that cannot be excluded by contract, you keep that protection and the right to bring a claim in the courts of your country. Before going to court, please write to us — most matters are resolved by correspondence.
This Agreement is made in English and Russian and translated into other languages. In the event of a discrepancy, the English version prevails.
We may update this Agreement. We announce material changes in the App and ask you to accept the new version; generation is unavailable until you do. The current version is always available in the App and at promptogram.app/legal.
